How To Use:

❄️ For cold therapy, chill the gel pack according to the supplied instructions before placing it inside the wrap.

🔥 For heat therapy, warm the gel pack according to the supplied instructions before placing it inside the wrap.

🖐️ Slide your hand into the brace with your thumb through the opening.

🔒 Fasten the straps around your hand and wrist until comfortably secure.

↔️ Adjust the brace as needed for use on either your left or right hand.

Care Instructions:

🧼 Remove the gel pack before cleaning the wrist brace.

🫧 Hand wash the brace gently with mild soap and cool water.

🌬️ Allow the brace to air dry completely before use.

🧊 Wipe the gel pack clean and dry after use.
