About Rewards Points

At Kylee & Co, we use Essential Loyalty as our rewards points system to give back to our amazing community. It’s our way of saying thank you for being a part of our journey! You earn points for things you already do, such as shopping with us, following us on social media, or celebrating a birthday.

To use your rewards points on the Kylee & Co website, simply follow these steps:

1. Log In to Your Account

Visit the Kylee & Co website and log in to your store account. Your points balance is securely linked directly to your profile.

2. Add Items to Your Cart

Browse our store, select your items, and head over to your Shopping Cart page.

3. Redeem Points Directly in the Cart

• Look for the Essential Loyalty rewards box located right on the cart page (next to your order notes and checkout summary).

• Here, you will see your total points balance and the rewards available to you.

• Simply choose the reward you want to use and click Redeem.

4. Proceed to Checkout

• Once you click redeem, your discount is automatically loaded into your active session.

• Click the Checkout button. Your discount will be calculated and fully applied to your order total on the final checkout screen!

5. Complete Your Purchase

Review your updated order total, complete your payment, and you are good to go! Your points balance will automatically update as soon as your transaction is complete.
