About Rewards Points

On Kylee & Co, we use Smile.io as our rewards points system for our community. It’s designed to thank you for being a part of our community by giving you points for things you already do, such as shopping, following us on social media, or celebrating a birthday.

To use your Smile.io points on the Kylee & Co website, follow these steps:

1. Log In to Your Kylee & Co Account:        Visit the Kylee & Co website and log in to your account where your Smile.io points are accumulated.

2. Access the Smile.io Rewards Program:
- Look for the Smile.io Rewards widget or tab on the website. This is typically located at the bottom corner of the screen.
- Click on the widget to open the rewards interface, where you can view your points balance and available rewards.

3. Choose Your Reward:
- In the rewards interface, you’ll see options to redeem your points for discounts, free products, or other special offers.
- Select the reward you wish to redeem your points for.

4. Receive Your Discount Code:
- Once you select a reward, Smile.io will generate a discount code for you. Copy this code or note it down for use during checkout.

5. Apply the Discount Code at Checkout:
- Add the items you want to purchase to your cart.
- During the checkout process, enter the discount code you received into the designated field.
- The discount will be applied to your order total.

6. Complete Your Purchase:                       After applying the discount, review your order, and proceed to complete your purchase.

7. Confirmation:                                            You’ll receive an order confirmation, and your Smile.io points balance will be updated based on your recent transaction.
