How to Use: 

🧼 Make sure the inside of your shoe is clean and dry

📌 Peel off the backing

👟 Stick the insole to the inside back of your shoe where your heel rests

🦶 Press firmly to secure

😌 Put your shoes on and enjoy the extra comfort

🧻 Wipe gently with a damp cloth if needed
