Simply dampen the strip and wrap it around your cake pan before baking. It helps keep the outside of the pan cooler, reducing dry or overcooked edges, high centres and cracking across the top.

The result? A more even cake with a flatter top that’s ready for icing, stacking and decorating, with less trimming and less cake going to waste.

How To Use:

💧 Soak the entire cake pan strip in water, then gently squeeze out the excess so it remains evenly damp.

🎂 Wrap the damp strip around the outside of your filled cake pan.

🔒 Secure the strip firmly in place before putting the pan into the oven.

🔥 Bake your cake as usual, keeping the oven temperature at or below 200°C.

🧤 Allow the pan and strip to cool before removing.

Care Instructions:

🧺 Hand wash or machine wash as needed.

🌬️ Allow to dry completely before storing.
