Mental Health Matters! And it’s the we see and end the stigma around it. No better way to do that than to raise awareness, and help to create conversation around breaking down the stigma that’s surrounded things around mental health. The thing is — just like each of us have and experience our physical health, we all have and experience mental health also - it’s just about what kind of state we experience that in. 

Thank goodness that that tide is turning, and we can now talk about mental health and mental illnesses with more open communications, because more than ever, it really does matter! So help us continue to lift that lid, open that door, break the stigma and talk about it! Open the conversation by wearing this pin and show others that it, and each of us, matters a lot!
